Whats your working hours?

Our team are always here to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How long is your delivery/ turnaround time?

Our normal turnaround time is within 12 hours but we can even send you the design in 3 hours under special circumstances at no extra charge when you mention it in the order form. .
How do I request a quote/estimate?

You can click on Request a Quote/Order link on any page of our website or you can click here. The quotes are free and they will be sent to you within 2 hours by e-mail (if the design is very complicated or big then it may take up to 24 hours)..
What is the best way to send an artwork of the design to you?

You can email us or upload on any FTP. Both the methods suit us just fine..
Which type of artwork format is suitable for you?

You can send your Artwork in any format - Raster Formats such as .jpg, .tif, .gif, .bmp, pcx , dxf , .emf , etc. or Vector Formats such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, .ect, etc. while sending Vector formats, Please don’t forget to convert the active fonts to curves, outlines, or paths otherwise we may not be able to read the same font that you have sent.

Do you offer special price for bulk orders?

Yes, We are able to reduce the price for bulk orders
Can you set a dedicated team working only on our projects?

We can arrange a dedicated team under our Stratagic Development Facility.
Can you ramp up your team if we send high volume business?

We would love to do this, you can trust us.
What type of Animation do you do?

2D Animation. We are not into 3D animation currently but looking for an oportunity.
What is your capacity of logos per day?

More than 800 logos. We do have a contract Artist if the volume increase more than our inhouse orders. They will be sent to you with QA and post QC from our senior Artist.
