What sort of digitizing does your company specialize in?
We specialize in left chest logos, Shirt Fronts, Jacket Backs, Appliqué Work and hat/cap logos via the center-out method.

How do I request a quote/estimate?
You can click on Request a Quote/Order link on any page of our website or you can click here. The quotes are free and they will be sent to you within 12 hours by e-mail (if the design is very complicated or big then it may take up to 24 hours).

What is the best way to send an artwork of the design to you?
You can email or fax it to us. Both the methods suit us just fine.

Which type of artwork format is suitable for you?
You can send your Artwork in any format - Raster Formats such as .jpg, .tif, .gif, .bmp, pcx , dxf , .emf , etc. or Vector Formats such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, .ect, etc. while sending Vector formats, Please don’t forget to convert the active fonts to curves, outlines, or paths otherwise we may not be able to read the same font that you have sent.

Do I need to submit a proficient artwork?
We don’t need a proficient artwork but we need a relatively clear image with the color separations visible satisfactorily to help us digitize the design perfectly.
We would like to remind you that the clearer the artwork, the better will be the detail of the digitized design.

What is the most important information that I need to send along with the Artwork?
1. Design name
2. Size in width and height (mm. cm. or inch.)
3. Fabric on which it is to be embroidered
4. Colors – the number of colors that you would need us to put in that particular design
5. When do you need the digitized design to be sent back to you?

How do I place an order?
You can place your order on our web site using the Order Form in the link - Request a Quote/Order.

How much do you charge per design?
We charge USD 2.50 per 1,000 stitches.
We charge a minimum of USD 10.00 for a design up to 3000 stitches with a maximum charge of USD 99 for designs of 75,000 stitches and above.
We give quantity discounts.
We do not charge for editing needed to be done because of an error caused by us. A little extra charge shall be applicable for other edits or additions.

How do I know if my artwork is ok?
Sometimes an "Order Alert" is created for a query regarding a specific order for communication between the customer and the company, which will help in the correct interpretation of the ordered design. If you do not have any "Order Alerts", your artwork is OK.

How long is your delivery/ turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time is within 48 hours but we can even send you the design in 24 hours under special circumstances at no extra charge when you mention it in the order form.

What Embroidery formats do you offer?
We can offer you all the widely used embroidery formats. Please contact us if you need any other format not mentioned herewith. Some of them are Barudan - *.DSB, Barudan - *.FMC, Brother - *.PES, Compucon - *.XXX, Ethos - *.ISI, Husqvarna/Viking - *.HUS, Melco - *.EXP, Pfaff - *.KSM, Tajima - *.DST, Toyota - *.10O, Wilcom - *.EMB, Wings - *.MLS, ZSK - *.DSZ.

Do your designs run well?
We digitize with the actual end production in mind. We use a dual checking system, i.e. once a design is digitized, it is checked by the checking department for possible defects that may have occurred in color changes, trimmers, densities, etc. which is then again checked by the finalizing department to ensure a error-free design which runs perfectly well on the machine.

Can I use your digitized design on all fabrics types?
We specifically digitize a design with the fabric you have mentioned in mind. The fabric type will dictate amount of Push-and-pull compensation, underlay and density that the digitizer must use in creating the design. If the design is going on a multitude of fabrics, edits for the other fabric types will be done if necessary.

Do your keep Customers designs backup file?
Yes, we keep design backup files in at least 2 locations to be very safe and secure in case of a mishap.

Do you sell a design ordered by someone else?

NO! Never, we don’t do that under any circumstances. We very well recognize and understand the issue of privacy and take the utmost care to respect and preserve it.
